​Our registration pack is made up of a Welcome Letter, a Prospectus and Registration forms. Before a child can start at the setting parents need to have completed our registration form and returned it to the setting. If applicable, nursery funding forms need to be completed before any specified deadlines and will be provided by the setting. 

The registration pack can be downloaded below or alternatively a printed set can be obtained from the setting. 

Children will not be able to start at the setting until the registration form has been completed and returned to the setting. ​​
