Stone with Woodford Playgroup

New Parents
Thank you for choosing to become part of the playgroup family!
Here at Stone with Woodford playgroup we work really hard to make sure your child enjoys their time at the setting as well as developing their key skills.
You will have no doubt already been communicating with us about availability and received confirmation of a place.
You must ensure you let us know your child's date of birth and which hours and days you would like your child to attend during this time.

​1) What you need to do before your child attends for the first time
​Before your child can attend the setting, we need to make sure that all forms are filled out and we have yours and your child's details. This helps us get to know your child as well as have contact numbers for yourselves.
The registration forms are available on the website to fill print out out here​
​Funding forms, if applicable, also need to be completed before any cut off dates and returned to the setting before or when your child starts. The setting will give you the applicable funding form.
It is the parents responsibility to request any funding codes needed for the working parent nursery funding which needs to be reconfirmed termly before any cut off dates. ​​​

2) Your Child's First Day at Stone Playgroup
​Morning drop off is at 9am and collection is either at 12.00, 1.00 or 2.30 depending on hours attending. Please try to be on time.
New children will be settled in by a member of staff who will support them through the transition period and work with parents, when needed.
Please ensure that you your child has everything they may need for their time with use e.g. spare clothes, coats, gloves, hats, wellies, sun hat, sun cream, nappies, wipes and bags. spare cloths.
We have a drinks station we encourage children to use independently and we can fill bottles with water during the session if needed. A selection of snacks are provided during the morning at snack time.
