Stone with Woodford Playgroup

​Here at Stone with Woodford Playgroup we do not have a uniform so the children wear their own clothes.

We ask parents to make sure that children come to playgroup in sensible footwear and are dressed appropriately for the weather as we encourage the children to play outside in most weathers.

Spare Clothing - VERY IMPORTANT

Please provide several spare change of clothes (socks, pants, top and bottoms) for days where we get wet outside or need to change because of a toileting mishap!

These can stay in the children's rucksack so we have access to them if they are needed.

We do have a small supply of clothes and ask that  parents remember to return our clothes to us. Our spare t-shirts can be easily identify as they are red with our logo.

Nappies 

If your child is in nappies please ensure they have an ample supply of nappies, wipes and nappy sacks for us to use.

Sun Screen​

When the weather is warm and sunny, we ask that children have sun screen applied before they come to the setting. We will re apply sun screen during the session with either sun screen supplied by the parent or if parents have given permission a sun screen supplied by us.

Wellies​

Here at playgroup we love getting wet and messy outside! We encourage parents to provide a set of wellies that children can change into to go outside and play. 

We do have a supply of wellies, so do not worry if you forget. 

​

Sun Hats​

Our outdoor areas at playgroup are very sunny, we urge parents to please provide a sun hat for their children to help protect them whilst they are outside exploring. 

Do not worry if you forget to include a hat as we do have several for emergencies.​​
